From a young age, Chef Brandon Thordarson has loved the culinary arts. He took his first class at 10 years old, and that class perpetuated a lifetime of success as a chef.
Chef Brandon has worked all over the globe perfecting the love of his craft, including time in Scotland at Michelin starred hotel restaurant, Monachyle Mhor. Upon returning home, Chef Brandon successfully opened several restaurants, including The Italian Kitchen and Glowbal Grill in Vancouver. He was also the Executive Chef at the Opus Hotels in Vancouver and Montreal. In addition, Chef Brandon started his own private chef and catering business.
Chef Brandon is Moxie's new Executive Chef, and brings his finely honed culinary talent to all that he does.
